For as long as I can remember, I've always been fascinated by nutrition. As a kid I would analyze the nutrition labels on the sides of cereal boxes. What did all that stuff mean?? But I did not always eat healthy. I was a junk food addict for a long time. I didn't wake up one morning and decide that I was going to eat and workout perfectly. I made small gradual changes over many years, with lots of ups and downs. And guess what? I still do not eat and exercise perfectly...but I've learned how to stay in the game and not give up when setbacks happen. Setbacks ALWAYS happen for EVERYONE. Setbacks are not the problem...it's how you handle the setbacks that makes the difference.
